The gold circle is not wealth or triumph, it is the sun, the ancestors, and the sacred promise that even in forced removal, dignity and identity could not be stripped away. The horse bows its head as if listening to the earth, each step echoing the long walk westward, where families carried their songs, their prayers, and their children into an uncertain future.
The small handprint on the horse is a quiet but powerful mark, those who did not survive the journey, the children taken too soon, the hands that once held onto hope. Yet the rider does not fall.
